We highly recommend making an appointment in advance to make sure you receive the date and time you desire. However, we do encourage you to call us when you are feeling spontaneous – we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

To ensure that you have the most enjoyable and relaxing experience with us please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in. During this time, we ask you to fill out our confidential client form (unless completed online) and it is a great opportunity for a glass of water and a visit to the bathroom before the treatment.

Note that arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced as to not inconvenience other guests.

We respectfully request all guests maintain the peaceful serenity of our space by keeping noise to a minimum, switching off mobile phones and wearing soft sole foot wear, smoking is not permitted.

We have experienced, professional, male and female therapists with a wide range of qualifications. If there is a preference for a particular type of therapist it must be mentioned when booking and is subject to availability. We may be unable to change the allocated therapist on the day.

Payments

Credit card details or full payment are required to secure you appointment. We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge a surcharge for card payments.

Online Payments

When we have confirmed your booking you can pay for the booking here. Just enter the amount you are paying, and on the next page it will ask for your details and booking confirmation number, which you would have received via email, so please have that ready.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to attend will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Changes to booked appointment may not be possible on the day.

Group Bookings (4 or more people)

It is essential to book as early as possible so that we can accommodate your group.

To secure a Group booking we require a 50% deposit to be paid via EFT at the time of booking. The balance payment must be paid in full no later than 21 days prior to arrival date. If your booking is within the next 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation within 14 days of your booked date or failure to attend will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A reduction in numbers and/or changes to the treatments booked is considered a cancellation.

Cancellation outside of 14 days of your arrival will incur a $50 administration charge.
